Urgent! - Powakaddy lithium battery recall
PowaKaddy International Ltd. is voluntarily recalling a batch of lithium batteries manufactured in the middle of 2012 which were fitted to their discontinued 2012 Sports and Digital models. Only some of these batteries with a serial number starting with "BKD", "BKE" and "BKS" are affected and Powakaddy has set up a website www.pkrecall.com on which customers can check whether they have a battery that they wish to recall. If it is one sold by Powakaddy through me, they will replace it free of charge and will make arrangements through that website to do so promptly. Therefore, if you have bought a lithium battery with the markings beginning BKD, BKE or BKS after May 2012, please go to www.pkrecall.com or Freephone 0800 088 7981 to check.

Fabulous new Motocaddy remote control S7 trolley
One of the questions I'm always asked is, "What do you buy the person who has everything?" Well, I now have in stock one of the fantastic, new Motocaddy S7 lithium battery trolleys. This superb trolley is guided by a remote control which can either fit into your pocket or can clip onto your belt and comes with one of the trolley sector's most sophisticated guidance systems, utilising two motors to provide a combination of power and precision, plus an anti-tip wheel to ensure stability on the most challenging golf course terrains. Based on the same frame design as the award-winning S-Series range, it comes with a control system that allows golfers to adjust how much the trolley turns to the left or right simply by varying the pressure applied to buttons on the handset. An innovative tilt function helps compensate for the effect of lateral slopes, while the advanced electronics also make it possible to switch from remote to manual control if required.
The "Anchoring" rumbles on and if you haven't already seen the news, I have a link to the R & A website that will allow you to see in pictures, just what they declare "anchoring" is and isn't. How they'll enforce it, though, is anyone's guess! Good luck!
